Refund Policy
At ReBox Outlet UK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at e.k.szerszeniewska@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
